I went into the new 2026 movie, Obsession, without really knowing much about it, aside from a few clips I've seen online. I don't usually watch movies, but I had come across so many videos about this movie that I had to see what it was all about. It had even been recommended to me by someone at school.
After that I have watched Obsession, I came to understand why this movie has gotten so popular very quickly. This movie is not like any other. It gives you a feeling that other movies do not, the feeling of being uncomfortable the whole time you're watching it.
Overall, I would give Obsession a 10/10, minus one point for being very discomforting. It is one of the few movies that managed to keep me interested from the start to the end, and I'd definitely recommend watching it if you haven't already.
I would recommend watching it with someone else because it can make you feel really uncomfortable. I honestly wish I had someone with me while I was watching it.
